Not sure, but some of the juniors at our club have improved heaps. Looking forward to the cricket season. My footy season was over a few weeks ago.

I think he's talking about Edinburgh (Brunswick Street) and East Ivanhoe Saints (EISOOKS) coming across from HDCA into Macgibbon Shield this season.
He perhaps doesn't realise that this thread entitled "ECA 2012/13" is actually only about Dunstan Shield with the odd smattering about A Turf when members are bored.

Sad to hear Tom Bellis has died. Every ECA junior would have heard of him. He played for Mulgrave as did his son John.
Wonder if Monash Uni understand what they are getting with Danny O.
I hear the possibility of a few Poms coming out and Burwood looking at a Scotsman for A turf.

Have not heard of any practice matches but have seen lots of teams playing on Sunday mid mornings but they may be intra club games

When are the fixtures out?
I believe clubs have been unofficially provided with fixtures, so it will be up on the website very soon hopefully.

Probably wouldn't help/hinder anyone. The game would just move to the first reserve day.

I can't help but think that Marcellin are going to struggle unless they get some one-day games. I also think that both NB and SH will do enough to stay up.
