Re: Fantasy Domestic League Draft

Lol. You guys are fair funny. And i wanted Hayden !! It's becoming tough this competition !!

Pick 26 - Inzamam-ul-Haq

Inzamam-ul-Haq is a symbiosis of strength and subtlety. Power is no surprise, but sublime touch is remarkable for a man of his bulk. He loathes exercise and often looks a passenger in the field, but with a willow between his palms he is suddenly galvanised. He plays shots all round the wicket, is especially strong off his legs, and unleashes ferocious pulls and lofted drives. Imran Khan rates him the best batsman in the world against pace. Early on he is vulnerable playing across his front pad or groping outside off stump. He uses his feet well to the spinners, although this aggression can be his undoing. Inzi keeps a cool head in a crisis and has succeeded Javed Miandad as Pakistan's premier batsman, but his hapless running between wickets is legendary and most dangerous for his partners.

Man, You guys !! Alway's on my back :D. I had a PM from Cleazer within 3 minutes and a post within 5 !! But i have changed it to my favorite international player of all time. The great Inzi !!

Re: Fantasy Domestic League Draft

pick 28. Jacob Oram nz

pick 29. Irfan Pathan india

Re: Fantasy Domestic League Draft

Ahhhhh !! Not Dhoni !! Oh well.

Pick 31 - Virender Sehwag

Virender Sehwag is a primal talent whose rough edges make him all the more appealing. By the time he had scored his first centuries in one-day cricket (off 70 balls, against New Zealand) and Test cricket (on debut, against South Africa, from 68 for 4), he was already eliciting comparisons with his idol Sachin Tendulkar. It is half true. Like Tendulkar, he is short and square with curly hair, plays the straight drive, backfoot punch and whip off the hips identically, but leaves Tendulkar in the shade when it comes to audacity.

Re: Fantasy Domestic League Draft

You bleeping bleepers!

Dhoni and Sehwag were at the top of my list. I hate you both.

With the 32nd pick in the draft, I select:

Michael Clarke, from Australia.

Re: Fantasy Domestic League Draft

**************!!! Bowling average of 6.00 in tests....
I don't think we're counting stuff like that. (And he can't bowl to himself anyway.)

Re: Fantasy Domestic League Draft

Am I able to draft Tatenda Taibu as an allrounder considering he bowled not kept in his last couple of years????

Re: Fantasy Domestic League Draft

Are you sure you want to do that south ? He's only got one wicket in tests and two in ODI.
