Just curious about the differences and benefits/disadvantages of the 2 main follow throughs for a drive, the one where the bat face ends up pointing to the sky, or flicking it over towards the shoulders?

The key, is to get into a position that you are able to accelerate from for running.

He has the bat almost horizontal at the end of the follow through, whereas if you watch vaughn for example

Find out what works best for you. Some players do well copying the coaching book 100%, others find their own way of doing things are are just as good.
