pretty happy with that, glad to carry my bat in the second dig, and post a decent score but more importantly the team won.

We look pretty strong this year, the most interesting result may be who is the best batsman in the league out of myself and Squiz, he may be just shading me at the minute.

Great batting by Squiz in the first dig. Help us set up a nice lead which proved to be the difference in the end.

Bowling was crap early on in the second innings but Bowling Shane managed to get a few wickets early and I bowled well, claiming 4 middle-order wickets. LSS also bowled well and IS provided good support.

Another great start by Drummond and Blue Red and Gold, they've been very impressive as our opening partnership. BRG batted well in our second dig and helped us get to the target and was ably supported by imported_mike and Phil toward the end.

Well played Crusaders. Ther perfect start to the 4-day season and it seems we are really gelling as a unit now. We need to continue this form and improve our performances if we want to fo far this season. But I am please with how things are progressing.

Wow awesome win boys, we've started the season off really well.

Pleased with my 141 in the first dig. Was a real team effort we batted well and bowled them out cheaply.

Pity BRG couldn't convert one of those 50's to a 100. Good bowling by LSS and Ljp, the two veterans doing what they do best.

Dissappointing to lose FIGJAMs, but showed some very good signs with the bat and ball at times.
