basically he played for free (eg:no cash) on the proviso that he was sorted out with full cricket gear.
this was the year they won the flag.
north didn;t come to the party with the gear so he left for modda.
was quite stupid by north considering he knocked back alot of reported offers to stay there in the first place.
i think there is something else aswell but i dont have any info on that.
got a feeling it might have something to do with some members there, i could however just be readin into it.
although the cricket gear is 100%

I think Fergie is still at Modda, well that is what people with good info at Modda believe. Mitch's dad Rick Troy although he is actually North Shore thru and thru he actually plays at North Geelong these days as he coaches some junior teams there. Seems Mitch has gone back to North Shore on some coin. If they offered Mitch Troy $3K then I wonder what they must have offered Brad Hauenstein ? I think if Scown wants to play with a few of his old mates then he would fit into North Shore okay. Hanley will be stupid to leave East, he is there #1 keeper, unless he is going to Geelong to progress his game.

just heard of one of choppers mates that he might be interested in moving away, would be worth a bit of coin $$ i'd reckon.

Hey boys just found this website. The fact of the matter is I know for a fact that ferg and caulfield got paid 8k each at modda and know first hand that they both will not be there this year. Ferg to corio and caulfield is going to play with his mate Damain Shanahan at Geelong. ( fact ) Mitch troy left North Geelong because one of the guys down there punched him at the presentation night.
I think his name was Sean " angryman " Mcgrath. Crazy!!
Ferg is getting 11k at corio and that is out of there mouth. And do you people even know these people I'm sure they would like to see what some of you losers are writing.
