you do realize that the gca has named you for this season? one stuff up and your gone for the season just about, better get that angry streak out of ya before the season starts:(

Brett left Thomson on his own accord and wasn't thrown out of the club.

Still plays footy at Thomson and as far as we as a cricket club are concerned on a whole he is welcome for a beer whenever he feels that and he knows that.

as for Smiljanic... Freddie1 stop speaking rubbish mate, he's a Thomson player. you to bringbackwarney, you've got a problem with the TCC we all know it, grow up mate.
we've been through this, go back 100 pages and read on.
just post things on stuff you know about.

can you confirm the Nolan to Geelong rumour?seeing your St Joeys CC freddie1 surely you should know this one!

Thats because there all good players and every club wants them, its usually the clubs that miss out on these players that start rumors and bag them.

im sure even east belmont and grovedale wouldn't knock back a murray or a smiljanic or a fergusson.

I know that a couple of blokes there are wanting Troy to do a pre season down at Geelong but the only thing is he lives in Ballrat for uni. When uni finishes he will be back in Geelong so im not sure what he plans to do. He is training with Joeys sunday. I think Andrew Hodgson is doing a pre season down there with his best mate Patty Lowerey so hopefully they dont take him as well
As for the Smiljanic rumour...that has come straight from Torquay CC assis coach Heath Farnsworth...this is a cricket forum so i thought we were allowed to discuss cricket news?
And as for eveyne bagging Anderton...i think a couple of clubs is a good effort and none of the moves have damaged his cricket career or have money motivated.

considering he is in the squad for this forums team of good blokes, unlike him, it carries no weight.

i know smell personally, and asked him yesterday when i spoke to him and he is at thompson for the upcoming season, can we close this case already?

Nolan and Hodgson, if they both go to Geelong wit Lowery will be massive loss to joeys, how many players will that make in total leaving?

Im pretty sure you only came to st albans because you had a few mates there and you were lead to believe you could play in the bpca because they weren't in the "spirit of cricket" agreement and the interstate suspention didn't stand there, where the gca are in the "spirit of cricket" and the suspention stood.

Where is the love guys? If Ando did come back to beat a suspension so what? Proves he does think a bit about it. It appears some of you on here doubt he could!

Bringbackwarney, I notice a lot of comments on here from you - I don't know how you find the time to do this. I mean, you must have a lot of mates who want to catch up with you I would be guessing. Judging by the comments, they would falling over each other just to spend some time with you. There would be blokes like Bambury, Hughes, Kelson, Watts, Nelson all dying to spend some quality time with a ******** like you. A lot of comments, but no substance. Probably just explained you as a bloke that.|@

I personally can't see anything wrong with this. 2 of these clubs are playing cricket at a higher level and two are abroad during off season. I would be counting Sth Barwon and Thomson (taking into account the reason for playing at St Albans). I would actually think the majority of players in the GCA would have played at more than one club; or should I re-phrase that to see the better GCA players. I myself have played at 2 GCA clubs across 15 years.

I think BringBacKWarney is a bit of a troublemaker and is trying to stir things up a bit. Anderton has been at South Barwon for a couple of seasons now and him and the club could not be happier. He might get fired up a bit on the field sometimes but if your fast bowler did not have some agression then you may as well be playing lawn bowls. At least he comes out and says who he is on this forum, if he did not love his cricket (and he does love it) he would not even bother reading this sh%t. Some others hide behind a name, I should know Brett anyway as I am his current President at South Barwon.
