We are called the frogs for a reason.

One small step for man

One giant leap for frog kind.

All bow to the turf clubs. we play teams on turf and still win. My 3 brilliant overs a week have taken me to the lofty heights of the Geelong Advertiser! All bow to Benny the Jett. Someone pass me a glass of milk.

Piss off back to the farm. You blokes deserve to be in Div 3 you all come out with your axes and cross bat the shit out of everything. Learn to play on turf and you might actually enjoy it.

You havent heard have you? there is a massive drought on, and sooner or later those turf wickets that are always ill prepared are going to be ripped out and replaced with concrete strips and a pitch that plays the same every week.

GO FROGS

I heard Anakie will only be fielding 2 sides with Aireys Inlet as their 'B Grade'. Anybody know of any other coaching appointments in Div 3
Thats correct, Merideth and Shelford have the same set up.

Re: Geelong Cricket '08/'09(gca/bpca)

Who has the worst Arvo tea?

In my experience, the University cricket club has a long way come up to scracth.

Little River always had a good one, although i swear it was probably poisened or it turns up hot after a long trip in a horse and cart.

Good food, sh!t company (watch out for some Richo bloke)

Manifold put out a good arvo tea, probably ate too much of it, as Zane carrol dismantled them with a marvellous 150. come back big zane, i miss my partner!

The Qantas club does alright too, as soon as i walk in they rush me into the first class section.

It is true, i knocked back the offer to captain coach Australia this summer.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahah so true unfortunately there a few div 3 teams that dont know how to play on it themselves!

I dont think Sheedy at his peak could coach his way out of a wet paper bag. Who could honestly say they could? Why would they be in a wet paper bag in the first place?

You have far too good a memory Rissole. So you must remember all the sixes you've been hit for on to the rooms in training over the years!

U getting any in England?

I have been hit for a few largies, couple down godfrey st also!
Bear used to hit me miles at training.
Averaging 40 odd with the bat and about 25 with the ball.
Heaps easier to bat thou as the grass isn't the same length as Geelong and you can get much better value for shots. Wickets aren't great, slow and tacky. Oh and it rains all the f*cking time, so that's a nuisance.

Well, this has become quite the thread.

You need to get a life and a real job! stop wasting everyones time with your posts that know one cares about. You ain't funny, Indians aren't funny.

You need to get out more, kicking people off big cricket doesn't worry anyone, they just start a new user name, or are you not smart enough to work that out yet?

So it's best if you get back to your Indian cricket threads and talk in there someone might actually listen to your law enforcement:mad:

Re: Geelong Cricket '08/'09(gca/bpca)

Is there anywhere we can check on how clearances are going? like on local footy where you can check to see who's cleared, declined and pending?
