How about a general forum for high school? It wouldn't neccesarily be about high-school teams per se, but could also be the forum for recruiting and prospect talk.

Hey, Mr Huss,

is there a particular reason why a person can't retroactively grant a referral to someone who notified me of the site, since I registered before doing so?
Mebbe there is, but I can't figure it out.

If not, I think that's quite a bit harsh.

That'd probably work best under college for now in regards to recruits and prospects...and most conference/team forums will probably have their own threads too.
