Hi,
I would like to know which types of cereals or food are healthy and low in calories to eat for breakfast? I do not want food which are labelled as 'healthy' but turn out to be full of sugars.
Although you are right to look for cereals that are low in sugars, salts etc, I'm not sure you mean low in calories. The best thing to do is look for the unrefined cereals; making your own mueslie is a good idea.
Just please, please, don't sit next to anybody that you like even a little bit.
ps take my nutritonal advice with a grain of salt. my average lifting/ cricket day brekky looks like; 4-6 eggs (free range- cooked however!), two pieces of toast (multigrain of course!), 250g of beans, 8 - 12 Weetbix + Honey, a bannana, apple and a pint of milk. Probably not worth going in to what goes through my body for the rest of the day....
