no, but walshy shouldnt come on here ripping into blokes with nothing to back it up with, as i said.. he did captain the dowling team

matt jackson is a handy spinner but not a great spinner u think about it wats he done against good batsmen all he does is tie down average bats and then get em out but has he got out people like jmac josh henkel jack viola liam henkel or seb

Its unfortunate that some players get through the later years of juniors and select sides through a reputation built in the U/12s and U/14s.

It is unfortunate, and it does happen.

agreed the lion
jackon is the best leg spinner in the north east region including upto under 18's its a fact, he will play falcons 18's next season bottom age, and do well again.

might i just add that michael kamay is by far the best batsmen in the comp technically, also he is the best corpse!!
shauny brents by far the best quick in the comp without a doubt.
other stars from the un 17 comp that come to mind
joey malcolm massively underated bowler.
jack ridewood from rossana bowl an excellent line and length and my prediction devestating performances in the finals coming up!

McDowell, Viola, Hannan, Close are all better quicks

and in reply to t-cap
Sachin Anand is the only other great spinners
each team has at least one handy spinner, but nothing amazing

his one of the best bats in the comp, technique is amazing only second to the corspe(kamay)

lets put this to rest sachin anand better spinner than matt jackson and if anyone disagrees go to the hdca website and compare for yourself and if u still think he's unbelievable than there something wrong with u

jackson captained his regional side....sachin didnt even make that shit.
nothing wrong with me mate, i just know whos the better spin bowler!

im an old boy...played hdca all my life and this year decided to hang up the whites!
i played for the best team in the hdca.
