Help me Buy a Full Cricket Kit???

Re: Help me Buy a puma ballistic bat???

Having just checked another site, it should be grade 1.

Have a look at this - Gunn & Moore.

So if you like the Gunn and Moore then it should meet your needs. My brother uses G&M and says that it's great kit.

Re: Help me Buy a puma ballistic bat???

Everything tells me that it's a grade 1 willow bat. It seems that Gunn and Moore have the 808 Catalyst as 'special' range for certain dealers. It seems a decent kit and it's all marked as LE or 5 star which normally means it's grade 1.

The only thing is that one site says it's grade 2 but I have a feeling that G & M have downgraded some bats from 1 to 2 in order to get rid of some stock.

If you're heart is set on a grade 1 willow then go with the Slazenger, if you like the G & M then go with that, I would say that there would be very little difference between them except for price.

Re: Help me Buy a puma ballistic bat???

There is no Canadian distributor for Gunn and Moore but they do have a US one.

You can find their website here - Bedessports.

I would suggest contacting them to see that they can do, as they should be able to save on postage and they may also supply some shops near to you.

This seems to be their address in Canada - 2 Golden Gate Court, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M1P 3A5

Re: Help me Buy a puma ballistic bat???

Cricket Direct will ship to Canada but the cost for the kit may be slightly higher, also they had low stock on the bat.

Barringtons sports will give you a quote on shipping - they have the same stock as Cricketsupplies at about the same price, you just have to put the order together yourself and then ask then about shipping. Or just drop them an email asking how much it would cost to ship a bat, gloves, pads and holdall to Canada.

Links to both those companies are on the first page of this thread. I would also suggest e-mailing badessports as they are the official distributor of G and M kit in North America. They may be able to get hold of kit if you ask them.

Re: Help me Buy a puma ballistic bat???

I would just ask them for a cost to ship bat, gloves, pads and a holdall to Canada. Add in a helmet if you're thinking of buying one as that would add to the cost.

They should be able to get it all in the holdall so it should only be one package.
