Nope not 10, not normal cricket, we can't have normal cricket in England..unless it's the FP, then it can be normal.

It's a tournament being organized attempting to shake the BCCI from their current lazy standpoint over domestic cricket. Even before it has begun, salaries for domestic cricketers have grown and the BCCI is thinking about ways to retain their state cricketers. Even if the ICL fails, it shows that the BCCI are a bunch of tools who were just sitting around on money instead of putting it back into the game.
