Intercontinental Cup 2007-8

Re: Intercontinental Cup 2007-8

Stumps on day 2 - Ireland were bowled out for 195, 55 runs short of the 1st innings target - but they've had an almost ideal start to the 2nd innings, striking twice in the first 9 overs to leave the score on 14. Shaping up for an interesting few days - mini collapses followed by big stands seem to be the theme of the match. If we can get them out for not-too-many and then stick at the crease ...

Ireland ended up winning by 9 wickets, the keeper Niall O'Brien finished with 119 not out to lead the Irish to victory.
