As expected,Srh lost by 45 runs..Seemed like Warner would win it for Srh..But no interest from the others made the target impossible.

What was that BS?!!! - Just watched a half decent IPL game (No fan really). For once there was none of that crap massacre by bat, with all the crowd wetting their knickers every time someone slogs a 4 or 6 - just bores me to tears. Instead the bowlers dominated and brilliant spell Mishra. The bloke was on 3-0-11-4, with the last over available with 2 tail-enders in place and bloody Zaheer Khan gives it to another fast bowler and he goes for 11 in the one over!!! Talk about fast bowlers club - what a load of old BS, couldn't believe it!!!
That aside is it me or do these stadium look a lot less than packed? That coupled with the commentators being almost 'American' in their gushing commentary of everything that goes on - it all feels to me like the shine is washing off of IPL? I saw there was some corruption dealings some months ago and teams were banned or something?

This is exactly why i started hating ipl,A big problem here is our grounds are either totally suit batting or bowling,Be it the Chinnaswamy in Bangalore or the Wankhede in Mumbai.....Glad i got to watch these both bat......Seriously! Come on, of all the formats, T20 is a batsman's game... I love watching great bowling probably more than I do batting but the balance between bat and ball is more important in one day and test cricket. Fans love nothing more than sixes in T20..
Glad you still enjoyed the match though.
