hello all,
today i witnessed some of the finest batting from a number 11 ever in my three years of aps cricket, max was confused about whether we were batting for the draw and so with 60 needed decided that he would hit the biggest six on the stewart oval at glen waverley, he continued to smash the ball to the boundry and before we knew it we needed 4 runs to win, a misfield and it was down to three and max smashed a 2 and we needed one to win with max on 45 he unfortunately got bowled going for the win. An inspiration to us all and it is upon seeing this innings that i have decided to pull up stumps, i have decided that the game at this level has passed me by, with a horrible 30 of 161 at xavier should have told me that im a hack but it took me a horrible run out today for me to realise im a ******** ********. Thanks to everyone for supporting me and Goodbye to APS cricket

yeah, absolute brilliant innings by maxxy, will be gettin a fair promotion next week against caulfield, tonked them all over the field.

burwood, dont be so hard on urself mate, u bowlin real well and evry1 has bad days with the bat.

once again, max and jesaveluk, 50 run last wicket stand, top effort, jesaveluk 4* but did not bat slow.

Abit slefish hanging up (whatever u hang up when you retire), since there are 2 more matches left. 30 of 161 thats commendable in itself. You must of batted for ages. As a fellow Specialist No11 I congtratulate Max for his innings. Shouldnt of got out though SOFT!!

MAXY is a ledgened, easily the best number 11 in the aps and is my hero (sorry jesavaluk). The six he hit was epic, just a flick of the rists. Super innings, it is unriveled in aps history, it was Gilcrist esk. MAXY The Entitaner.
BURWOOD IS THIS FOR REAL???????????????????????

after just getting back from a date with the new gf it is confirmed that burwood will see no more cricketing action, school work is just a bitch.
