Agree.Look at the quick bowler Bird from NSW.His quicker ball was 10km faster, but he chucked it.They suspended him twice and have changed his action.If he is reported again then he will thrown out of the game for good.
 
Just because I have him as an avatar doesn't mean I'm his die-hard fan... I chose it because he is hilariously evil-looking, not really that much of a fan of his.

Saying that, I do think his action is legal. In the end it really doesn't matter what the average Joe thinks, his records are there to stay and regardless of his action he was and still is a brilliant bowler.
