That's 32 players, one more and we'll have enough for three full teams. I reckon we start the competition now and begin advertising the four franchises as on the market. We should be able to attract more players and hopefully we'll have enough for four full posting sides. If we don't, we can always use a few filler players (i.e international names) just for the time being.

We'll be having a captain's nomination thread and then there will be a vote. The four with the most votes will be appointed captains.
