well how is that evry gives socials no chance to play finals in under 17's and then they come out and beat cobras and now there sitting in 4th

stefan jenkins is a left arm chinamen and bats left handed. should keep a look out for him.

mate stefan jenkins is not a chinamen i tryed out for the 16s side and he was one of the quicest bowlers and hes a righ hander haha, also is a lower order sort of a batsman.

haha. just checking if anyone does know him. i play with him. swings the ball both ways.

most blokes swing a new pill, it isnt really challenging.
a real show of how much a bowler swings a ball is in with the 40 or 50 over ball. see what he can do then aye.

Very true although I think a 10 over old or so ball gets better shape than a new ball.

And if your not swinging it it isn't hard to get seam movement, good point mate.

its not just being able to swing the ball.. but being able to control it as well. not many under 17's are doing that atm.

yeh i agree has a bit of pace about him but wasent anything special i guess he deserves his place in the u/16s side but would no where be there best bowler

hahaha that is exactly what i thought baseballers rely on about 3 or 4 players and the others can pitch in, where as keon park rely on 2 players and thats it i can hardely seeing them maiking the 4.

keon park are crap. they rely on 2 or 3 players. northcote might just sneak in because there is not much other talent from rivergum or keon park.

watch out for keon park chas bromley is very under rated in that team good bat good bowler play with him when i fill in for reservoir mayston and he can play that is for sure! made a terrific 50 in seniors one game i filled in.

its always im in the top 5 batsman or im the best or when i did this. ur not that good mate, get over it. prove me wrong though

i agree, i like to bowl first change and get the ball moving around.
to another post above, yes you can swing the ball all you like but you need control and if people are lacking it well.. yeh.
us DV boys seem to cope

i played DV two years back for thomo united.. from what i remember. there were only a couple of bowlers that could swing it.

hey guys im new and i want to play cricket around here, and i saw the rep under 16 team and im guessing top age 15's would be eligable for it and im wondering, what your thoughts are on the top 10 bats and bowlers in the 15's
