Was there a hearing into the West Coburg vs Royal Park game where the covers were removed and no play on the 2nd day?

If Royal Park had have got the win, they could have avoided relegation and it could change the final 4 positions, big protest, interesting to see if anything comes of it.....
 
Haig fell over in last round to have to travel to St. Albans but with their opening bowlers and Parker at the top in form should get through to the grand final. Prob only need to make 120 to get through.

Abers v Hadfield is interesting. Only no result from a couple of weeks ago but with Abers depth in batting and bowling would have thought they will get through comfortably

Let me be the 1st to congratulate St Albans on their gutsy batting performance.7/18 with 1 retired hurt so 8/18 from 12 overs. Good job Sainters. Must admit you nearly trumped us by winning the last game to make the 4 , but it's all so much sweeter seeing you choke and disgrace the club in another Semi

Good to see the brave St Albans first 11 standing up to the pressure of a semi final and grinding there way in to a gra........ Oh no that's right, they found a way to ******** another semi!

Nothing but a bunch of rabble down there.

  • Watched a bit of north division grand final.typical grand final play with both teams digging in not many shots played in anger. Douttas 2 star bats both failed and noticed they have both slipped down the batting order a bit to be protected. After the hard work of their top 3 both had a great opportunity to come in and dominate.50/50 game at this point I reckon.

Let's try to restart this thread now that the Grand Final is around the corner. Had a look at Abers and Taylors Lakes. All over when TL were 5/39 so credit to them for getting over 200 and then defending extremely well. Even though Abers got to 206 they never looked like winning....sort of like a footy team 2-3 goals down all day and you just know they're close but you know they just can't get over the line. Can't get a handle on SA as no game when Abers were to play them so I won't make a prediction.
Good luck to both teams....well deserved as now 1v2

Does anyone know if the wickets were covered on Wednesday night before the rain? If not don't think we'll see too many GF's starting tomorrow
