Have to change my vote for Derv...to Sammy, even though no-one rated hom he still couldnt live up to the non-expectations!!

Getting rid of him best thing CCC ever did!!

Actually 353 runs at 39 but lets not let the facts get in the way of a good story.

Playing on a postage stamp does help though , not saying he wouldn't have those figures on a big ground. Needs to make runs as cannot field, full stop.

I think roxy will surprise a few people this year with another top of the table finish , lost no one and picked up 2-3 players so why will they drop off ?
Everyone has picked up and there are no easy games anymore. Anyone can beat anyone especially first few rounds when there are people out due to footy trips etc.

Good old Sammy hey , what a dud but you guys kept picking him !! I though Claude played well against us so I rated him but you can judge better than me. Darren Gibbs was a good bat i agree , very solid . Hard to judge as grounds are quicker these days so figures can get distorted but lets not bag anyone. Look forward to playing against you if you front up again ?

Good old Sammy hey , what a dud but you guys kept picking him !! I though Claude played well against us so I rated him but you can judge better than me. played alot of cricket with sammy and must admit,not a 1st grade cricketer but has a big heart and was always prepared to tough it out.
played a season with him in stringer and he did the job.
not a bad sledger also!!

A bloke who played for Campbelfield, would bat anywhere from 3 to 11 , never made runs but abused people like he was the best bat in the NWCA.

Quite funny actually.
