i got one yesturday! i got to the 9,000 mark with my left wrist and got the 10,000 mark with my right just a minute ago, alot of fun specially in the dark and theneon lights start to flicker. although it gave me a red lump on my forearm

As with any exercise, don't overdo it to start with. How is the arm today?

fine, i still have the red spot though.
my mum still hasnt phoned the doctors to get my results but she said she would this week.
my working outs going well aswell, just started running again now that the weather isnt as cold, gained alot of muscel and stamina from it.
