Carey defeat Caulfield Grammar at Wheelers Hill.
Caulfield 9/210 defeated by Carey 7/211 after 49.5 overs.
Standout performances were
CAREY: Gaff 50 O'Hern 36 Chancellor 48 Yeo 3/30
CGS: A bloke made 40ish (slogging) and there 2 spinners bowled very well. I believe one was on debut and bowled very good.

Absolutely brilliant win for carey grammar on saturday!!!... to CGS credit they wernt the best bats ive seen and to pose a score of 210 was a real good effort for them (considering o'sullervin was out).... however for carey to get that total even though the pitch turned to the most crumbled thing i have ever seen (actually was no pitch at the end of the day) and for the likes of O'Hern and Chancelor to score as quickly as they did against two impressive spinners from cgs was a great sign of things to come!!!! I thought those two spinners from cgs bowled very well but there pacers wernt that much it was a great toss for them to win and to bat first, while if the pitch didnt crumble so badly i think that carey would have had a more convinsive win. With 10 overs to go CGS were all going off at each other and didn't realise how close they were to winning the game... the only person from there team that didn't have a go at his team mates was the keeper. Carey are now 3-1 which puts them into a good position at the half way point knowing that we have Loorham to come.

Also HAHAHHAHAHAHAHA WESLEY LOST AGAIN!!! AND TO GEELONG... funny how all the wesley big cricketers have suddenly dissapeared off this site now....

a solid win for geelong grammar this weekend, with a pretty good allround performance. scores were Geelong 5 for 187 and Wesley all out for 143. great innings from Howarth making a solid 66 and every one else pitched in with 20's. To Wesleys credit they did bowl a good line throughout the day and bowled well at the death. However, Grammar bowl really well throughout and wesley never really got on top, most of there players giving there wicket away. A good inning from Woolacot or something with 40 odd. Middleton, Lloyd, Skelton and Howarth all took 2 wickets.

College won the toss and elected to feild
both the wakefields went early, before colman n pattinson put on 100 or so, before colman made 38 and patto 79. they were 9 fa 180 odd. Beumont pick of the bowlers, as well as Nicey at the death getting 4.
After a demoralising lunch time speech from Kitchen the college fell to 50-3, before kitchen and wood (year 8) batted well make high 30's each, before they were all out for 150.

nar he didnt bowl, he wasnt allowed to due to stress fractures, but he will be back first round back bowling, however he isnt just a good cricketer but a decent bloke

FATMAN YOU ARE A PUSSY IN REAL LIFE AND ON BIG CRICKET.

Dont say someone is a good bloke on this. MAte PAttinson was paying you out the whole time about you missing something...... you know. haha

Speaking to Pattinson, he said he will be back in full flight after xmas. So bad luck to people who have Hailebury in the 2 dayers!
