No wind? But you said it's sth. natural; radio waves are not natural. All I can think of that comes alive with the wind is a roaring storm but that doesn't carry a message other than that it's windy.

Is it a "thunder cloud" that Norse God Thor uses to send out bolts of lightning somehow sensing/hearing(?) where it's bolts are directed?? Like Metal,... , Loki ... or Spiderman...
