Do I hear excuses? OK, this video is going to show you "exactly" how to use Paint on Windows 10.
You'll see there's no difference at all. It's a breeze. No downloading. Just go to the search button and type in Paint. Then open the image stored at your PC and circle the parts you want to. Choose pen or brush from the tool selection and a colour.
