The draft is now complete.
Thanks to all those players who entered the draft and showed an interest in our little competition. We greatly appreciate you joining the site and wanting to play in the BigCricket Fantasy Cup.
Thanks to all captains who helped get this thread going quickly too. Show great initiative shown by all.
As mentioned earlier, new players can still be signed but the Figjams and the Lions must delist a player to pick any new posters should they wish to do so.
At the present time, the Magpies and Crusaders don't have enough players to form starting elevens. There are a range of options we can take,
1. Bring back some non-posters from the previous season and use them as temporary players until there are enough posting players for each side.
2. Try and attract a few more players to the comp and delay the start of the season.
3. Use international players as players (i.e. Ricky Ponting, Adam Gilchrist, Sanath Jayasuriya) until we can find some more posters to play.
Anyone who has an opinion or idea on this, feel free to post.

Two more batsmen and we're ready to go. A third batter and another fast bowler would give us some flexibility with team selection.
