You're right too,full credit to the Manhattan kid.Took some real balls for he and Korl to just up and leave Manhattan like that to come to Sunny Melton.
Kelvin has a real knack for getting them over the line......Wonder if they found Blessing?

C-face and knob jockey seem to think they no the streets of melton well. But i met these twins from melton at the casino about 3am last night and after buying some products of them we got talking and they told me the cricket club is as bad as the town.

Lets just say that if it wasn't for the 5 figure contract he was on i am tipping that he wouldn't even be wasting his time at the Melton cricket club. He would go to a more profiled club like rockbank

Very true about those twins. Reminds me of the the Krays, very shady characters. Got the Crazy eyes about them, time bombs waiting to explode.

Both have had two strikes against there name and the CRAZY one is a firm favorite to be banished first.

now what do i say

melton couldnt provide us with a good playing serface........spelling misstakes dont worry its 5 in the morning and ive had a big night......good old dutch courage hey.......something melton dont have........hehehehe.....no good going through what happned today dissapointing to say the least.........1 dayer next week which is fine if we get a game..........


now the serious stuff..........just wish all you snr players were at our ground like your coach was which is great and he should be around but to see him look at our flag and memorabilia which reminds us every day of what happned and what we have to defend.........sends a shiver down my spine..........if you's are good enough good luck.........now nothing against melton as a club or their coach who proved today is a top bloke...........maybe learn from him a little and you's might get their 1 day..........great leader good talker and leads from the front..........that out the way.........

every 1 missed what was to be a great 2 day game........1 dayer now and every 1 is under the pump to perform.........im under the impression that we wont play next week either due to the state of their ground......if it rains this week we wont play..........bloody councils.........

as for our jnr tallent............congrats to 15 year old dan davis who scored 134 against melton mockinbirds........looking for big things from this kid as he made 88 in the morning as well......big day for the D........

gday boys... yea it was very dissapointing not to play in melton was looking foward to it... but i did see some great cricket at willy... the young side from melton put up a great fight after being in some early trouble.. a great challange for our boys to chase down a healthy score...

That's a bit dissapointing about the ground not being up to scratch.Bit surprising but I can only imagine what the council have done.
Are you saying only Heath went out to watch the twos then?Bit poor.
All those boys like a punt so one guess where they were.
Anyway it has poured all day here,but forecast for a fine week,so fingers crossed.

yeah ive got friends out there in that neck of the woods an was out there today an they where playing around on the comp browny so I thought I would join up... rained all day hear not looking good for saturday after the state of the ground yesterday but the forecast is for fine weather for the week so we should get a start...

gday fellas, Blessing Mahwire hear former international cricketer an now playing for the melton cricket club this year. I've arrived over the weekend from Zimbabwe very long trip very jet lagged but cant wait to represent the Lions in the 07/08 season. Ive heard alot about this comp very competitive with some class acts playing. I'll be training this week, getting some of those cobwebs out and hopefully get picked this week as our 1sts got washed out an it should be a great challenge against the champions of the 06/07 season Willamstown. I've been looking over the threads an this weapons guy I dont no who you are but obvisouly you play for Willy an mate settle down or you will be getting some chin music on saturday champ. Well its great to be in this great country of yours an really looking foward to the season ahead. Blessing.
