croft took fiddy1 wickets cnt see brown doing that.......didnt see croft bat though brown bangs them everywhere......i would be interested to see how many runs brown gets at home to his away games......as their track is a road.......

Told you it was hard Weapons,j,ust a couple of observations,Hodges can win you a game with the bat,Don't think Kremer could.Pradeep/Lawrence,both in top form,Lawrence can bowl and already made a double ton.Ayres/Beshara,all rounders spot,Beshara'sefforts unreal,has carried his team all year and Ayres not getting any younger.Harry/Dale,hard call,both have good figures but never seen Harry play,makes it hard,Have seen plenty of Blake over last few years,class act and couldn't leave him out.Imagine not being able to find places for guys like Craig,Kalpage,Goldsmith etc.Just shows how strong the competition is again with great depth.
Let's have a few other submissions boys!

yer good call on blake probably the top paceman in the comp......how long will hodgson be around.........?
i left lawrance out for a reason.......hahaha....his bowling isnt a standout and i recon he fails to make big scores against the better attacks......
beshara was playing 2nds last year if im not misstaken obviously has had a great start to the year.....

true that the comp is flying with talent super talent i might add......which is great....

heres 1 eric ruuska a former hatch medalist going ok at the minute

Hey Weapons.... Yeah the 2's on Sunday were not that flash. Unfortunately over the last few weeks Sunshine has been riddled with a heap of players being unavailable. The side you played on Sunday was basically a 3rd's side with 1 or 2 regular 2nd's players and hence the 1's side that played at willy was basically our 2's (with a few 1's). I know because I played on Sunday and I'm only playing 3's this year because I have other commitments. Well batted by the way...... and I had a chat to that bowler who gave you the send off as that was just wrong! If you look at the year so far (up untill the Altona game) you'll see that our 1's have been very competitive and have lost most games by under 10 runs, and I think once we get all our players back we'll do ok. Our 2's have been hot and cold, our 3's (my Team ) have been going very well (ended broady's winning streak on Saturday) and our 4's are up there this season.

Good luck for the rest of season.

The Willy 'supporters' didn't just start their 'banter' after play finished.

They started after tea when Hodgson was bowling short stuff to Davis and Davis struggled to play it.

Good work for having a chat to that bowler.
He did give a send off but being the rocket scientist he is he pointed in the wrong direction to the dressing rooms haha.
Another thing he did was yell out well bowled good areas from fine leg when the ball went down the leg side for a wide.
He did provide some quality entertainment though.

yer fair enough i just dont think it was called for.......davis loves the short stuff and i though for a 16 year old he handled himself ok for a first gamer though got the old full wide 1 and got himself out........any way thats beside the point shouldnt have happened just hope they come in for a froffy after the game........you sound as though you are from oakleigh.........am i correct in saying this.......who were the three blokes sitting in the grandstand was the pres 1 of them........????

hehehe you are good bubba but not that good........the so called player you are talking about has moved on to play in the premier cricket for melbourne....he is 1 of the orgional weapons and good luck to him........by the looks of it he will be moving up the ranks very quickly........so your really not that good........and he is;)

yer thanks mate it was more of me getting myself out again than the bowler........have herd the ones opening bat has gone back to lakes is this correct?????
the ones have been going o.k but need that win........hopefully this week from our point of view....hahaha
i recon broardy are still on top in the ones but it only takes a couple of early ones and its game on.......

good luck for the year and get the ones fired up at training......on thursday.....
