Elsternwick's 3rds / 4ths played at home!
But elsternwick 1sts .. Didn't play!
Wet pitch .. Dry outfield .. Ludicrous!!!

Piston Broke;374167 said:No major surprises last week, bar Willy and melton slaughtering 6 points by not playing,
No such problems tomorrow with asunny 30 degrees tipped.
Melton v Willy- should be a cracker,Willy's best chance would be win the toss and bat and post a competitive total,Sheedy in imperious form probably the key but after all that I'llstick with the reigning champs.
Ormond v Elsternwick-tipping the visitors but with no real confidence, much depends on Beshara, what's new?.
Sunshine v Yarra-both sides struggle with their attacks,if Love fires then Yarra will get the bikkies.
Caulfield v Altona-match of the day, even money bet, maybe Altona's batting depth could get them home but Caulfield rarely lose at home,Altona in a ripper.
Kingston v Brighton-the visitors too strong for a disappointing saints side coming off a hiding last round.
Werribee v Malvern-interesting game but will stick with a new look Roosters side minus Craig and others.
Broady v Moorabbin-the binners too talented for a struggling Broady side who rely far too much on Goodwin and often don't make enough runs..
Bring it on boys!

no charge to hit it off the square next match
Young Willi Lad;374203 said:Good rap PB agree on most of the tips.
Willy v Melton and Caulfield v Altona should be crackers.
You will be interested to hear that Goodwin from Broady is now captain/coach of Whittlesea so they can't even rely on him now they are all on their own.

butterball;374958 said:What type of injury could a cricketer possibly suffer which would put him out for over a year?
breeno;374985 said:Many. Knee, bad OP, continual stress fractures. Many injuries can complicate themselves.
butterball;374998 said:Out of those, stressies are the only one that might be a year, and only then for an out and out bowler.
Knee - six months for a cricketer.
OP - unless you play another sport in winter, you probably wouldn't even miss a match.
