The biggest issue CV has is that the board basically has its hands tied. There are 25 delegate votes, 18 of which are the Premier Clubs. The Premier Clubs will ALWAYS vote to guard their own self interests. Unfortunately what's good for Premier Cricket isn't always good for Victorian Cricket. Especially when money/grants are concerned. Trust me, the Premier clubs are only looking after themselves. They have no concern for developing local cricket. IMO the Premier clubs have far too much power.
