Make sure you stretch it out a bit too. I strained mine Round 10 last year, which is in late June, and it still troubles me today. My tear is fine though. If you tear it it'll ache like hell and you wont be able to move it. If it's strained it'll ache like hell when you move it but you'll actually be able to make it move. Just make sure to move it around either way. Little movements, it'll hurt, but it helps. :)

There are 3 ways to get BCash:
- Win it through a bet either on this board or the vBookie board
- The winners of the Twenty-Five over comp will receive 500 BCash each with the captain getting 1000. Something similar will happen for the regular season.
- When you have 0 BCash you get a bonus 100 when a new event is created.
