Ah well, at least we'll make them bat again. Pretty inept batting effort so far, top order completely failed in the first dig, leaving the tail with an impossible task.

The second effort has been a lot better, South and loopy have batted well to date, jimmy got a nice 50 and Sean got a start. Unfortunately we needed that batting in the first innings and not the second.

Probably the wake-up call we needed with the Grand Final coming up. Aim is to score as many runs as we can and make sure the Wizards gain as little percentage as possible from this match. The bowlers need to put up a better effort with the ball when the Wizards bat again also.

Happened to us earlier in the season. Had a big lead on the Wizards only for us to let them score about 7 million in the second innings and then get bowled out for about 200 batting last on a batting track.

Yet another day that we have performed very well.

Well done to the bowlers to make sure the deficit was only 159.

1/86 at the end of the day is a great position to be in.
