Super start by our Para Dolphins. 8 medals.. 4 gold.

Will Martin, Gold: Men's 400m Freestyle S9
- Rowan Crothers, Gold: Male 50m Freestyle S10
- Ben Popham, Gold: Male 100m Freestyle S8
 
Paige Greco missed the Rio Paras in athletics so changed her sport to track cycling. Wins gold medal in her first ever Games and breaks the world record in the 3000m Pursuit for good measure. Emily Petricola backed this with another gold also in the 3000m Pursuit.
 
Why haven't you two been posting here?

Australia's disabled cyclists continue to show up their able bodied countrymen/women. with one gold and three other medals yesterday. After a strong start in swimming we have dropped off. Still some strong medal chances to come in remaining days in the pool.

Sorry, mate, I haven't seen an awful lot of it yet. Life has been too hectic recently.🤗
 
No Aussie gold today but we carried home a bagful of silver.
