Don't discount the Waurn Ponds boys. We're just warming up. Skeney has hit form and we have a few blokes who should be able to smash a team of rejects from an inferior comp. Go Eagles!!!

my tips;

My Tips for the 1st round are-

Grovedale v Barwon Heads div 1 premiers, too strong

[Guild/St Marys v South Barwon one of the strongest teams in geelong too strong for my mob unfortunatley

[St Albans/Breakwater v Waurn Ponds st albans very strong, waurn ponds struggling at the moment

Alvie v Irrewarra Beeac nfi.. any colac guys that can fill us in? haha

Who will be the regional winner for the VB 20/20 knock-out and any thoughts on the games?

do you think we will have a 20/20 comp in geelong? in bris they have it on sundays. there is a morning games and arvo games every divi plays against each other it is loads of fun.

from an honest point of view, i don't think they'll smash us like people have been saying. but no, i don't think we're strong enough to legitamatley beat them. but stranger things have happened.. especially in 20/20.

from divi 1 to divi 3 there is a massive difference. i think playing who we play down in divi 3 i dont think we know what is going to hit us but as long as we are competitive and a good close game should be fun im looking forward to it. i think gca and surrounding comps should think about starting a full time 20/20 comp on sundays its taken off every where else

yeah if we didnt y would we play?????? but we have to lift alot on the day its 20/20 its anyones game..... i think with the weather and the pitch it could be a day for the bowlers

Who do people think will make the highest score in the 1st Rd of the 20/20(Team/Player)

I'm going with the obvious one South Barwon 4/210 Hornet 82n.o.

I think the Barwon Heads v Grovedale game might be close if the Heads can bat first and post a decent score. It'll be interesting to see if Harper plays being a Sunday morning and Grovedale bowling this week.
