Was a just a player in a average side . Couldnt get a game at willy last year and wanted to back stab the c/c watch out whoever is coach at Choke crossing ???

Premier crickets probably a tad un realistic, but Senior grade is very very achievable!
Cant wait to give it to the silver tails from YCCC!
Baker, O'Keefe,Smart,Turner and co.......!
Its a bit like Dads army down there!

Obviously not familiar with sarcasm. Fair enough.

Anyway, I just had a look at resultsvault and you blokes are currently sitting last on both the North B1 & B2 ladders so Senior Division is actually not looking all that achievable at the minute. Hate to say it mate but North A is not even looking achievable.

In fact, you guys could arguably be labelled the worst first XI team in the entire VTCA. Congratulations.

Perhaps we can arrange a subbies style North v South play-off between The Baptists and Clayton Districts for the worst 1st XI in the VTCA. To be fair on Kingsville, Clayton have finished last in South B1 3 of the last 5 years, Bapts only finished bottom twice in that period. Should be a cracker of a game!

Perhaps we can arrange a subbies style North v South play-off between The Baptists and Clayton Districts for the worst 1st XI in the VTCA. To be fair on Kingsville, Clayton have finished last in South B1 3 of the last 5 years, Bapts only finished bottom twice in that period. Should be a cracker of a game!

Dunno about self proclaimed , their stats in this comp would back them up, 4 v good players.... ooops , i may be bagged for defending YCCC , sorry !! Lets just pray Keilor lose this week , then their season is over ....and a search for a new treasurer will start !!!

I have met a couple of guys from there, Choppa Markham was a good fella, but cant play cricket! They're coach Thomas seems like a good fella, pretty quiet, and apparently is a gun player!

Surely you can not be refering to Johnny Markham when using the term "good fella"... A few years back that same bloke ran 2 metres through the popping crease and bowled a beamer at my head that nearly killed me, and then laughed. Get off the gear Oracle you are a disgrace.

I played against him a few years ago, when he was playing for Sunshine Druids. You must be scared of the ball, because the day we played against him he bowled pies with sauce!Seemed like a pretty good bloke after the game though! Does he still play? Isnt he related to Gary Turner from YCCC?
I got both of them out for a duck that day! @| :p
Hopefully he's retired and gone out of the game with some dignity!
Unlike Turner who continues to kid himself!|@

Turner still goes good enough to warrant his spot , and O'Keefe has made more district runs for Footscray than any other..so not sure about "self proclaimed superstars".

Turner still goes good enough to warrant his spot , and O'Keefe has made more district runs for Footscray than any other..so not sure about "self proclaimed superstars".

my predictions this week. keep in mind I got 6 out of 6 last week.

Keilor to bounce back against Sth Caul

Hampton to knock off OEG (BYO Beers Hampton) with J Crouch, Ferguson to dominate again. Surely Crouchy can't open the bowling as a spinner again?

Doutta to defeat Chelsea outright in the 5th over of play.

Tocka and Bakes to make 300 each against McK. So YCCC Would therefore win.

RPB To defeat Youlden (apart from disco doug skate they are struggling. Where are the kids? Hillas and Stewart not making big scores but looking like the wicket takers they paid for.

Altona north v Spotty. whoever wins will finish 3rd but it doesn't concern me as Robby Rutley's Doutta will finish 2nd and knock them off in the Semi. Your a compulsive gambler and need a tip? Altona. Spotty rely on Davies too heavily. Gun that he is.

Senior A Who gives a ##$$%% hope Hoppers and Brighton get beat. I hear Tillerkaratne is a smartass.
