I remember in 17A's last year they finished 2nd last i think it was but they had some good players like Luka Papac and Jeremy Ollis who swung the ball more than ive ever seen anyone swing it. Im suprised they arent in the A's

they were pretty bad last year as they were the year before....kids playing for averages and trophies is not cricket in my books......play to win in the a's or play in the b's thats my opinion......you say they have 2 good players which you are right look at the better 17'a sides they have 6,7 or 8 top players........i should know dont you think.......?

Jezza goes alrite @| , he's a sharp bowler. Went to Willi this season. Has a few mates at the club. Definately good enough to play a's imo, but i think he prefers playing in the b's.

What do u guys think of Lavertons Scott Mills? Hes at North Melbourne this year and is still under 17's but playing at a premier club in a great league.

He is not a bad bowler.
Didnt know that he had gone to North Melbourne this year.
However i think district 4ths is equal with subbie 3s so it isnt great.
When he gets in the 3rds it will be a good effort.

Jeremy Ollis plays b's down at Willi.
I have asked him to come up to the a's, he would be a great 1st change bowler for us but he wants to play in the b's with his mates.
Its a shame he is a good bowler.
Luka Papac is a good cricketer but his batting is a lot better than his bowling.
I agree with the statement that Yarraville are a team of individuals and not a 'team' they should be in the a comp considering they have three 2nd XI sub district players in their team.

They should be in the a's. How can you have 6 a teams and 14 b teams. Ridiculous. Your willi b team could also play a's lol.
