Batting All Rounder - Higher batting and bowling averages
Bowling All Rounder - Lower batting and bowling averages
Pure Bowler - Even lower batting and bowling averages

Batting Allrounder = Stronger batter, medium bowling.

Bowling allrounder = opposite

Pure Bat = Cant bowl for shit.

Pure Bowl = Opposite.

Make sense?
