about 26 years ago i was given a SS Cheetah oil bat, was quite good.

i have had 5 counties over the last twenty years and they have been great, value for money, now i have a Puma Vendetta 4000, what a piece of S**t.

I started playing cricket when I was 8 and i am now 13, my first bat was a kookaburra sapphire which I still have , I now use an Impala bat.

When it doesn't sound like s***.

I would personally spend about one-two hours solid, working the harder areas of the bat. My missus cant stand it!

You know it when it pings from all four corners, that your bat is knocked in.
