Don't watch enough international cricket over a consistent period of time outside of when Australia plays. Not that I don't watch any whatsoever, can when I can but it's very limited.
Over a consistent period of time you would have to say Mark Boucher. Had an apprenticeship behind Dave Richardson but once he got his chance has hardly missed any matches and won games with his own bat for South Africa. Having said that, you could say he hasn't achieved great things, good yes but not great.
His keeping and batting to spinners could also be a cause for criticism as well.
Brendan McCullum is right up there as well and a genuine matchwinner with the bat for his country. Also, Kamran Akmal appears to be underrated in the cricketing world but there would be people who would know better than myself.
