One good win means nothing if you lose the next week. With such a young side we can not afford to get too far ahead of ourselves and get caught up in bagging other clubs.

You aren't getting around with a fish sticker on your car these days are you???

Re: Williamstown and District Cricket Association (WADCA) 09/10

the 20/20 was postponed til next wednesday bc of the storms that was predicted. It was called off at about 130 this afternoon

didn't look too good last night, but the wicket does dry out pretty quickly so there might be a chance if it doesnt rain again. the rain during the week might have done it some good haha

10 min change over equates to 3 overs knackers.........and enough to get a ciggy in........

I think his question was based on the fact that Digman missed outright yesterday by just 3 runs

And yeah, the wicket would have been alright, but the council decided to rip up the turf around the outside of the square and replace it with new stuff. when we put the covers down friday arvo it was just a puddle of mud around the square. so kudos to them guys for you not getting on

what you guys got no pull over what happens at your home ground.......what a joke......

i blame you guys.....cost us a home final.....though there is still a top 2 placing there to be had.......:)

i feel like digging it all back up........

but we move on glad our 17's knocked your underfeated 17's off b-mats took maximum pts our 1 day team won and we had 95 people at our trivia night sat night......

speaking of outrights lavo black v lavo white in the b-mats was an interesting outcome......seeing i went to their ground to check if they were playing and no 1 was....considering lavo white has forfieted the last 4 or 5 games due to no players....mmmmmm a bit of cheating going on maybe......

thoughts any 1???

this site was much better when weapons was talking his Sh*t all the time and when West Riff Raff was telling us how good West Newport were going to be this year...... the wheels are falling off both parties there though so i guess they have a reason for being quiet.

mmmmmmmm ....... so tell me whos wheels have fallen off ????
and i was watching the game on saturday and what a bunch of little kids screaming from the boundary your captain had no control at all !!! and you can see why smithy is not going to be there next year!;) and you have GU next week:eek: go GU.

I've been thinking about this rule for a long time, not just cos it cost us on sat. we knew the equation.....

I honestly don't know why we lose 3 overs, espeically when they changed the rule about the over rate at the start of the year:confused:.........lets just play 80 or 70 overs every saturday, regardless of changes of innings......

So make the overs pretty much like the VTCA and you have to play every over of the day regardless?

And weapons, the council did it without the club knowing so there wasn't much we could do about it is there?
