The Carnival in Rio de Janeiro is a world famous festival held before Lent every year and
considered the biggest carnival in the world with two million people per day on the streets.
The first festivals of Rio date back to 1723.

Where is this held Mal. Something worth seeing live for sure.Waitangi Day is New Zealand's national day. It is a holiday held annually on February 6th to commemorate the signing of the Treaty of Waitangi - New Zealand's founding document - on February 6th 1840.
The waka {canoe} is launched every year as part of Waitangi Day celebrations... some waka can fit up to 100 people.
