Scotch didnt look to hot against wesley last week so im tipping xavier here
Melbourne Vs St Kevins
MGS look very good, so im going for them in another tight game.
Wesley Vs Carey
wesley have gone well in the practice rounds so i think we could win this one
Geelong Vs Geelong
local derby anything could happen here

The match of the round is definetly Hailebury vs Brighton. The back to back premiers still have their core players although bowling may have dropped away a bit.They have some young guns and some very experienced APS players. BGS has been waiting for this season after a couple of lean years. Although they were the only side to beat HC last year. With 9 yr 12's and Plomridge and Singh they will be very strong. Walker ,Tregear and captain Graham are all training with rep sides. A win will be very important.

Geelong College Vs Geelong Grammar (kitchen and noodles will b too strong)
and Caulfield in an upset.

Really???? considering every game of an APS season is important, interesting to note that the first round would be to! Come on mate, lift your game! Also, brighton absolutely no chance of beating Haileybury. Just how will brighton go about dismantling the awesome batting line up of the Wakefields, Pattinson and co. It would be very surprising if Haileybury lose this after last years shock defeat at the hands of the BGS curators!

I can't believe you thought that BGS would beat HC. Even without PAtto and Lynchy bowling. There are still the likes of M. Wakefiled, R. Wakefield, Patto (batting), Williamson, Martin (best allrounder in the APS) and decent year 10's and 11's fighting for a spot. Just watchout don't write off the bloods especially when you add Lynch after chrissy to add to the batting lineup.
