As for stopping a young bloke from our competition from going to premier cricket for a match to help improve his game and a side has shown some interest in trying him out, then it is a completely disgraceful. All other associations allow it except for the bca. it is not a cricket victoria rule, it is only a BCA rule.
Where does all the fine money go to??? I've played country week the past two seasons and have gotten ************ all for it. all players take a week off work and are given only $25 a day which is ************ all when u have to travel up and back each day and buy your breakfast and tea..leaving at like 6am and getting home after 10pm is stupidity. all other associations stay down in melbourne and get alot more gear(uniforms) then what ballarat players do. All we got was a playing top.
The BCA is almost becoming a joke of an association and would be fairly close to the worst ran association in the state I would presume.
You have choices..
Apply to have the rules you don't like changed it's that simple. If enough clubs do the same then things will change - don't just whinge do something about it! Contact all other clubs get some consensus and make it happen.
or do nothing and keep whingeing about how bad things are.
or walk away from the game and keep whingeing about how bad things are.
It's up to you.
