Maybe you should read what that idiot Cobbler14 has posted then. He has been an idiot since day dot. He only comes on here to attack other people and should be given his marching orders.
There is no expiry date on equal opportunity napisan. That's why I am pointing the finger at your comments. That is sexist by a long shot. Just goes to show how grossly immature you really are on here.
In fact I could get in contact with moo, burnsy and Paull Jefferies and they can even point out to all of you out there that you are seriously out of line and need a good kick up the arse.
Any wonder why Chris Bambury and a few of the others don't post on here any more.

Cos they left the competition maybe?! my goodness...

Napisan I will not leave the forum. I am not an idiot. I don't need to put up with the constant rubbish that you and everyone else who types up things thinking that it's ok to type sexist comments about others.
You only have to look at your reputation Napisan. It tells me that you need some improvements big time. And posting this sort of thing to me isn't going to help you improve.
The fact that I haven't been able to get to any of Mount Clear's games due to moving house during the cricket season means that I haven't been able to get down to any of the games. The fact that I also have got a life rather than some of you blokes in here who continuously have a dig at some of the fans all the time makes me realise that you guys are a bunch of wannabes.
I can look at the paper if I want to. There is no rules against that. In fact you guys don't know the rules of this forum.
Looks like that equal opportunity doesn't exist on here due to many of the guys in here having a dig and thinking that you have to play to post on these forums.
Get a life and go and play elsewhere. I have already put cobbler14 on ignore. If I was moderating this forum I would have given a few of you some decent infractions for your general rudeness.
If you are going to post on here please be respectful without the shit that these mods have to deal with.

Re: Ballarat Cricket Association

Still a lot of uncertainty with the ground redevelopments at North but fair to say that the last game of cricket has been played on the Northern Oval.

It is also for fans of the game as well, Dave.
That's what you and cobbler are neglecting. You don't have to play cricket to take part in the forums.
I am a cricket follower. I support Mount Clear and I don't like idiots who continue to push the Sam Newman style of crap by saying women and sport don't mix. Look out next time I am umpiring you lot you will get a shock at how well I know the rules.
You will find that if you go to any footy game, you will find that there are plenty of women who umpire footy. But still there are idiots going around saying that women and sport don't mix. I am not here for that sexist crap. The world I live in is full of equal opportunities and not this shitty attitudes from the blokes who live in the 80's.

first Scud, then Phill Mclellan, and now Pidge, is there any left in Ballarat to attract??

I think that you will find that some of these guys are trying very hard to get me wound up.

Pidge,

Think you need to learn how to read, no reference was made to you being a women, dont really care what gender you are. I am concerned with the fact you continue to post messages that have very little substance. Now you mention you support Mt Clear I am even more perplexed..... I will give you an example of what I am talking about, just to help make it clear....

Topic
Paull Jeffery - Mt Clear Stalwart.

Carpet Legs AKA Matt Clark (Mt Clear stalwart played with Jeffers for 15 years or so) - Makes statement that it is unlikely for Paull to move down the grades until his Son is old enough to play seniors with him (In about 10 years).

Pidge - Makes comment I know Paull..... He may step down to the twos......

Now why would you make a statement like this after someone as well regarded and as close to the source as Clarky has already made the previous statement. Shows a great lack of understanding on your behalf, especially if you know Paull so well.

Its great to have opinions, free speech is a wonderful thing but wait for a topic you know a bit more about... Maybe the one about afternoon teas a few weeks back would have been a suitable one!!! hahaha. I have no problem with women in sports as I am sure is the same for most people on this forum, I played cricket with 2 of my sisters growing up and one played for the Ballarat team for a number of years. She knows a lot about cricket and we have good conversations regarding the topic, but if she posted half the crap you did I would tell her to get off and stop embarrasing herself.

Keep up the good work pidge, you are a highly valued contributor, whether your female, male or other....
I didn't say step down, Dave. I said he might drop down to the twos just to let others ahead of him.

Re: Ballarat Cricket Association

Can we just chat about cricket and leave the personal stuff out.

If you don't enjoy what others have to say on the forum then place that user on ignore

Pidge stop bitting so easily if you have a problem with the posts, report them and us admins/mods will look at them.

I have some info on this but its not public yet so I'll refrain from commenting just yet.

The process needs to be worked through with the BCA, who I believe are liaising with Council and the the Sports Club re: the ground redevelopments.

I'm feeling a mite peckish, Pigeon. Would you mind cooking me some pie and shooting it over to me? And maybe some cold beer. And could you bring me my slippers? My back is pretty stiff too - a rub would be nice.

Not good if the ground is chopped up all because of the footy.

Re: Ballarat Cricket Association

I realise that we are in the middle of the footy season but on the topic of grounds, you should come and have a look at how good the Mars City Oval looks. It is awesome.

The only reason the City Oval looks good at the moment is because Redan have only just been allowed back on it for training in the last 2 weeks and played their first game on it last weekend. Last year at the same time it was in a similar state and just become shizen again once it started to get used. Fair chane it will end up in the same state again if the weather continues on like it has been for the last few years.

Should of seen it semi final weekend last season when the ground was actually harder than the bloody ashphalt fire track that is in front of the grand stand.... I have no doubt in my mind that it will be the same again this year... The city oval is s*!t...

Only if you have nothing better to do, like watching paint dry or sticking pins in your eyes. Both of those options are as much fun as going down to look at the grass

Or you could go and watch the mighty darley devils play redan on the green grass of the city oval.
