It would be unfair for me to play. 20/20 or 25/25 is all about big scores exciting the crowd. It would kill the matches having to miss my unplayable balls.

Nah, lets just discuss and decide a bit more about this, then we can go official. : )
The general rumours in the ears are that the competition can be an auction based one. Auctions for new teams, a general prize money, etc. etc.
The basic purpose would be for people to know more of each other and make for an exciting season 2.
Keep in mind though, these are rumours, there might not be anything existing like this at all. It'll be good to discuss about it though, the *cough* public opinion *cough*.

I think we either go with the 4 current captains (who make up new team names for the T25 comp) or we get nominations for new captains which then goes to a poll and we get our 4 new captains from that.
Once we have the Captains sorted out, the captains are given a budget and they then bid for the players they want in their team. It will create a bit more interest in the off-season, finding out who is the most sought-after player in the comp, who isn't, which team can tactically build a fantastic side without going over budget. It'll be a much more interesting off-season if this is to go ahead.
We just need to work on the finer points, what budget will we be given, when is this likely to be finalised by, when is the comp due to start and that sort of thing.

The thing is, i'm going to be extremely busy this year but what we're planning will take alot of time to organise so i figure we finish the season November and then we go from there.
