Jess Hristovski, yes Ferg Jess Hristovski smashed you blokes for 73, and u thought he was a dud. Doug Morris made 60 and Mikey Di Battista made 47 which brought his run tally to 270.

haha, good on you mate. i still think he is a dud. the only thing i can give him credit for is his ability to block out the amount of sledge he copped. i was impressed by that.

in case you didn't notice, michael sanderson opened the bowling and mitch johnson bowled first change. the care factor wasn't there for us in the match.

but we lost, so yeh we lost. but in reality who cares. i just think the match highlights the lack of good bowling ability in the area.

yeh it was a great performance by gilbo. even though he struggled early he just kept at it and valued his wicket and got a great result. he's a top kid and deserves everything he gets.

So at no stage you wanted to beat us to back up what everybody said during the year what would of happened if Falcons did play Cowboys.

Sando also told me that he was opening the bowling not because of the care factor, but he lately been bowling "GAS".

I know wat ur talking about Ferg, but we won and Dan Gilbert didn't even bowl an over, figure that?

Of course we wanted to win , but it was more about giving everyone a crack in a game that meant nothing. Are you walking away with the shield ... ? No.
So it doesn't matter.

And Sando has never bowled gas, and never will.

Daniel didn't bowl I know, figure that hey?

Yeah well Ferg we had Murray White opening the bowling, our openers bowled 8 overs between them:confused: stuff like that so we didn't play our best side either.
Yeah I'll cop that I'm a dud ferg, didn't bat very well i barely ever play on side shots and the kashmir lol that's because the bat isn't knocked in i just got it but to turn that into 72 ur lucky i didn't bat well and meet your standards
But I can be a dud all you like, you got dragged when you were bowling and you're playing 3rds.

With the sledge nothing anyone says can get you out, the way you react to it can get you out.

I think mentally you're a great cricketer Ferg but you have no ability whatsoever.

But I couldn't see where else you could've improved your side.. looked like the best performance your team could've had.

I'll admit I was harsh on you, look you played some good shots but some of the shit you got away with was just plain annoying. And the kashmir was funny, good jokes.

Yeah I got dragged, I was bowling crap. And was rightly taken off. Pity you didn't see the 30 other overs I bowled for the tournament when I was bowling well. Refer to my PM to you just to get a good idea.

I play 2's and 3's because I play for a strong club with several ex-district cricketers and a coach who isn't willing to push youngsters through.

I agree with you, its how you react to a sledge which determines how it works. And to your credit, you didn't react. Pity I can't say the same about Mike.

Yeah, I'm a smart cricketer but I would like to think I have a little bit of ability. Come and see me in 10 years time and tell me how your cricket is going. I think it will paint a very different picture to the one you will think.

very rich coming from a bloke who didnt play a straight bat his whole innings, you had one of the worst techniques i have seen all tournament, and a real ordinary lid

Benny Russell once again showing the cricketing world how much of a superstar he is by making a causal 71 not out in Barclay Reserve. Riley Dyson backed up his tonne from last week in C grade with 94 in the same match as Benny Russell. Oh and Simon Baring happened to make a solid 100 not out in juniors. FREAKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah mate we were very lucky Simon batted well too, as our second high scorer was the extras at 31.

From what I hear Bens 71* was a great hit, and Riley is definately hitting form after backing up his 135* in C grade last week with a 94 in B grade this week, hitting 209 in 16's, 136 in B grade, 167 in C grade for the year.

Will be an interesting finals series this year in the 16's :)

I think it has to do with if the league calls the game off or it is decided by the two teams..

Bundoora 16's have a great batting line up, no doubt!!
They also have a great bowling attack, Darcy Campbell, Mitch Taplin who put the fear in every opponents eyes!!!:eek:
