Not 16's bloke, but if we took a poll on this thing i would imagine most blokes would agree that those named previously are massive tools. Never said they were not good cricketer's because all of them are. But just not great bloes. I'm not here to argue either big cricket, it's just a place to have a laugh and talk some crap! :)

Yeah, I agree that we're all here to have a laugh and get our news and crap like that... but slagging on blokes is a bit over the top (especially if they have no idea who you are... which gives them no right of reply). Who cares if so-and-so is alledgedly a 'tool', or not a 'great bloke'... it's a cricket forum. Runs and wickets are currency in our game, so there is really no point harping on with the sniping like there has been lately.

I'm not singling you out here, I'm just replying to your comment.

All the best :)

Also anyone tell me how the 2 ton makers from bundy utd batted?

both were scratchy early but runs came quick as playing on a postage stamp
our fault they made so many as we dropped the 1 that made 150 odd (soz cant remember his name) twice straight after tea when he was on around 55
both then batted really well after tea not giving another real chance till they were out
but as i said only got ourselves to blame
looking forward to the chase to see if we can get back our early form with the bat

Aah the tall poppy syndrome is live and well in Money Shield. Lots of criticism of the Franks... reality check here gents; They are the benchmark & all teams in MS need to rate themselves against St F. Good luck in Barclay Brett.:)

That is the most stupid thing I have ever read.....Lets go back in time, have the Franks ever made finals?(NO)....So how can they be the benchmark ?

Its round 4 lets wait and see at the end of the finals if they make it that far.

Brett Lewis is to old and way too cold................

what more do the franks have to do? they have won 3 from 3, they only possible thing that they could have done better is to knock over the last 3 wickets and win outright against morang. they beat thomastown who have come down from barclay and they other two teams they have beaten although not quiet up there they can only play against what is opposed to them..

no matter what people say they have the best batting line up in money, and a few people on here might be a bit annoyed that they bat right down to 9. there bowling although a bit light on will get teams all out more times than not.

all this bagging of their players i think is only going to fire them up and being a bunch of young fella's they will not hold back when they do get you out or make runs against you, i dont think they have bolted to early i dont think one franks player has said that it is all over and no one can match up to them. time will tell with there next 3 games being against panton hill, colege and mont if they win those three and go into christmas un-beaten then watch out cause they will be pumped..

just my thoughts and i dont care if wan*kers like the ghost and nudie run dissagree, they are they kind of guys that peek in the door when players are having a shower

You call your self money player, get used of it because thats all you will ever play.

Touche. The players that St Francis have picked up are proven chokers when the finals come around. Their opening bats are too busy kissing the coaches backside to worry about what's ahead of them. Brett Lewis got dropped 3 times on the weekend by the nuffies he played against otherwise they would've only had 200 on the board. Duggin may be playing two's next round by all accounts. Go College.

wizz,

are mill park going to bounce back this week? after a dissapointing game vs the college last week.

Whit seem to be going along alright at the moment, lose this week and its catch up for the rest of the year.

I think we should bounce back this week, having Whittlesea 5/32 its a big ask for the tail to get the runs. But cricket is a funny game! Good to see big Daz get 3/5 hoping he will clean up the tail.

Looks like all teams should win this round for us.

Easy to say but whose saying that if Brett got caught early other's wouldnt have made runs with plenty of time left they pretty much bat down to 9! Easy to say but we've all been on the end of some big scores by the tail true?

Whittlesea in a canter. Mill Park are once again breaking their 3 supporters hearts

College to give a flogging to an over rated Mont

United to consolidate bottom position against Morang

Thommo v Bats..................... Nil all

Danger gane for the Franks. Would expect the two Whittlesea rejects to get them over the line.

NEW V Hurstbridge..... In a match that won't deliver any highlights, NEW to win and keep the wolves at bay for another week.

Hope you didnt bet at the Melbourne Cup.

And is it true his playing in your 3rds Sunday ?

Not sure where you got your info from, Luke and I were in Perth last week for a mates wedding.

And yes Luke will be helping out in our 3rds this Sunday. The captain of Diamond Creek is a work mate of Lukes. It will be good for the younger guys in the club to have the chance to bat with one of our clubs great batsman.

Wizz, I'm sure you're a very busy fella, running a business, presiding over MPCC, and travelling the country attending weddings, so i thought i should bring the following from the DVCA website to your attention:

Notes for this week:
SENIORS:
Forfeits: E Grade (UB to ME); H Grade (MP to SM)
