I LOVE THE RUMOUR MILL!!!

Obviously people are getting a bit bored with the AFL and really want to get back to the cricket season.

Keep the rumours coming, I am still waiting for rumours on:

Katich has been signed by Lalor Stars
How many test players are at Research
Is Eltham CC now called Eltham-Eltham Collage CC
Is the Riverside Wanderer going to make a pre-season auspicious appearance on here
Just how many laps The Prez does of Yulong and count as pre-season (I hear its a contract thing...)
Just how many offers has Tongs got (excluding the ones to play mixed netball in Zimbabwe)

I am sure there is more, lets keep them coming.......:D

Yulong now has a fence so only small laps now :)
In training in the Gym already - some good bowling depth coming our way in the top 2 grades and now that I am 'Ex-Prez' cannot demand to play up the grades - need to earn it now :p
(anyone know how to change your name on here without starting new account?)

How on earth did Skips not get a mention in those rumours? Surely a lack of respect that we have only heard 45 rumours about him so far this year??

I know you have all been wondering where the Riverside Strangler has been for the last 8 months. Well I have been told that he is training hard after signing a massive contract with a Money Shield club. Riverside twos

Not sure who you are Baldy however I heard Anderson has not spoken to some of those names from Rosanna in years.
Whats next? Mick Lewis to Mont? Maybe Crossy and Almatrah as well? We are not even sure who Cisek is?
Donno got wickets but is no loss. He is the biggest sook they reckon! The Chicken Man Is the best player in the comp and will prove it this year!

I love the chicken man but he never goes on with it, always gets a reasonable start but rarely gets a big score. Under achiever!;)

He will be a loss.

I hear that Dono has done a lot of work for Eltham and bringing the few players he has will do well for them and his ability to attract ladyboys will mean interesting social functions down there from now on.

Ok, serg will clarify a few of these.

Bosso - confirmed playing at Macleod
Wood - hoping for Ash to remain at Macleod ( yet to see a clearance )
Burchett - returned to England
Lancaster - not coaching but should play
James - confirmed as playing

Where exactly do you get your info from Bald one ?
 
The Don has heard Big bubba Ray Kesley is on 15k at North Eltham (good source). He would want to cook, clean and get 600 runs wouldnt he? Maybe roll the arm over aswell?

J.Adams still at Northcote and Sturg is off to Carlton. Just quietly they hate new crap synthetic pitches so good luck getting them back.

Get a lot of my 'info' just from around the traps in the NFL. Big fan of the local footy and theres always plenty of rumours floating around this time of year about the upcoming cricket season, many obviously not true.

As for the Macleod players i mentioned before about losing next season,
Wood has gone to Mont and said at the end of last season he was interested in a fresh start, will be a very good player in MS.
Bosso good mates with Woody, was told he was moving across with him.
Lancaster was told hung up the whites but might fill in occasionally to help the club out.
James was going to help a mate out who is coaching at H/West

Spoke to Mick Bosso wednesday night at the AGM - your rumour is false.
Coach has confirmed that Matt James is playing as at Wednesday.
Lanky will play according to my sources

Oh, and yes, I'm tipping my sources are a hell of a lot creditable than yours.
