Re: DVCA Under 14 banter
Look I'm just giving you the facts Barclay Sheild is A grade, Barclay Reserve is A reserve, Money Sheild is B grade, Money Reserve is B reserve. I'm not saying that Money Sheild is rubbish or anything, and there are definetely players that would go very well in Barclay Sheild, but at the end of the day it is B grade. That's just a fact. Ring up the DVCA admin if you don't believe it.
As for NEW, I've played enough cricket to know that anything can happen in finals cricket, and that includes this weeks grade final. I'm expecting it to be a very closely fought-out match. The only people jumping the gun are the young kids, they're acting a bit like a 13 year old boy who just discovered his dads pornos.

Money Shield is like A-Grade 2nd Division
Some of the best players are Money, ill give you one example, Rick Ford (PH) is the quickest bowler in the DVCA at the moment. Hits the spot to and he is damaging, faced him in Shield last year and I heard the ball fizzing just past my rib cage.
If you come from NEWCC i wouldn't be celebrating going up to Barclay just yet because you still have to get past Yarrambat.
