G'day Guys & Gals,
This season BigCricket has decided to offer the DVCA junior sites a chance to become a Top poster.
Those who can tick all the boxes re. constructive feedback / proactive comments/ generating interesting topics, Will be awarded the tag of a Top Poster. Similar to this:

Plenty are looking pretty strong this season with banthorpe and langford but also a new addition to the team with new kid on the block C. Kett. Apparently can bowl sharp but a bit inconsistent and handy with the bat. Any thoughts?

yeh, saw this kid play on the wk end, took a couple of key wickets. Has a bright future. Can bowl some heat, but atm a bit inconsistent, yet very handy with the bat. A good prospect for plenty.

South Morang and North Eltham Wonderes played very strong game. Both sides probably have and equal batting and bowling side...just see who can keep up the goodness this year :):D

interesting u say? y would u think it would be interesting? r u suggesting that they are a bowling side only because in my opinion the much more of a batting side than bowling...

Well, they did bat well against bowlers that have a lot to learn.

It will be Interesting to see how they stand up against the better bowlers this year.:rolleyes:

Looks as tho tomoz is washed out at some grounds! how many grounds can stand up to thiis rain and be fair for both teams on both weeks given that next week we are goin to get some warmer weather?

this league will majorly struggle this year and there no point of even having it exept for the likes of neddy taylor

the under 14's comp will struggle alot this year, there arn't many talent's coming through the rank's.

Have a closer look buddy at other teams, a kid named watson from sth morang, 2 scores in 2 digs, Lukey Carrol at Whittlesea, 160 odd runs, in 2 digs, and 1 29 in money reserve,;););)

Luke Carrol is a big talent. Very good leg side player but seems uncomfortable outside off stump. If he can work on that then he will be a superstar for the future!

ive bowled to watson from southy? isnt too flash, just cant hit the ball, only can play leg side, and i played diamond valley with lukey carrol last year, really good cricketer. he cant really play on his off side, but is really strong with the ball pitched on the leg side.

ans tha's only 2 players, like to hear some more...
