At 4-65 off 50 overs at tea, i think you could say the decision was justified.
Then a mixture of some horrific fielding, poor bowling and good batting the Devils made 240, which at the end of the day is obviously a few more than we would like but have every confidence in our line-up to chase it down at 3 an over.
At the end of the day most probably you could say the decision at the toss was incorrect, but if we win the game then no-one will even care.
To be a good team and competitive in finals we need to win games like this one.

It would of been ready for straight after xmas if we needed it, but there doing the ground as well so were staying off it until next season, at least theres no rushing it and we've done it right without having to cut corners trying to get it ready. The ground will be in great shape for the footy season I recken.

One of the biggest, i'd be booking a slip's possie if i played on that ground. Wouldn't fancy to many chases from covers to the fence.

What they wanna do is knock down the current nets and put the turf and hard wicket nets in that area facing the school but that will be a while off, the rooms are getting extended before then.

You been away 4 a while havnt ya mdf;)

It's something like $450,000- $500,000 on the club rooms there getting built out 20 meters from the main door towards the boat shed and going to be two story, up stairs behind glass with a function room and another bar. I'm pretty sure thats what there doing, Should be good:cool:

miss 1 pre season n everythin has happened. so is it gun b like torquays rooms or stilll hav seperate change rooms

Nah just the club rooms are two story, so the rooms now will be the same just with upstairs and and extended. Don't need to touch the change rooms there good, nice size for both teams in cricket and footy.
